Throughout the school, pupils have been celebrating Science Week, where they have participated in science experiment days and enjoyed science workshops run by scientists.
Parents attended a workshop about e-safety, where issues such as inappropriate content, grooming and cyberbullying were discussed, as well as advice about how to keep your child safe, and how technology can be used to help you to do so. Children across the school celebrated World Book Day by dressing up as their favourite story characters. There were special assemblies held for upper and lower school, featuring special performances from staff! Prizes were also given for the best costumes.

Year 3 pupils visited Reveley Lodge to take part in a ‘Victorian Experience’ to get an appreciation of life in Victorian times.The trip included taking part in a Victorian school lesson, helping with the laundry and enjoying afternoon tea complete with home-made Victoria spongecake.

Pupils and staff enjoyed a Christmas lunch together, with accompanying crackers and festive music.
The whole school participated in Enterprise, making and selling products to parents to raise money for the school and our local charity, St Luke’s Hospice.
Year 4 had a wonderful time on their trip to the British Museum to visit the collection of Ancient Egyptian sculptures, mummies and other artifacts.
