Year 6 visit to the RAF Museum
Year 6 enjoyed an educational visit to the RAF Museum in Hendon to enrich our learning about World War II in History. During the immersive Anderson Experience workshop we dressed in Royal Air Force uniforms and learnt more about life during wartime and the role of the RAF. We also discovered the history of aviation in Hangars 1, 3, 4 and 5 and learnt how air transport has developed over time. The visit was a great experience, bringing our learning about the Second World War and the history of flight to life.
