Welcome to Year 1. We very much see your child's time in Year 1 as a partnership with parents and carers. Please refer to the information on this page to support us with your child's learning both at school and home.

Autumn Term

PE days
Children should come to school wearing their PE kit on their PE days. Year 1's PE days this term are: Mondays and Fridays (all Year 1 classes).

Homework
Spellings tests are on Thursdays.
Maths learning is set on Friday in the purple Home Learning book.
All home learning is due on Wednesdays.
Please ensure children read at home at least four to five times per week and that their reading records are signed daily.
