School Meals
At Whitchurch we work closely with our caterers, Coombs, to ensure that our children have access to a choice of healthy, balanced and nutritious meals.
From September 2023 to July 2024, the Mayor of London has pledged to offer school meals for free to all children from Reception to Year 6, to help support families with the cost of living.
Children may bring in a packed lunch if you prefer - but why not take the trouble out of making packed lunches and give our tasty school meals a try!
Ordinarily, all children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to free school meals. It is important for all parents and carers to test whether they would be entitled to free school meals using the Free School Meals Eligibility Checker.
