Whitchurch Curriculum

At Whitchurch our curriculum is based on the National Curriculum for England, which sets out the programmes of study for all subjects (specifically EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2) and statutory guidance for PSHE. We also follow the National Curriculum's statutory guidance for PSHE and the Harrow Agreed Syllabus for RE.

The scope of our learning is organised topics and themes, changing on a half termly basis. We are fortunate to have a wealth of resources including subject specialists in areas of the curriculum including music, French and PE. Take a look at our curriculum overviews to discover more about the curriculum we offer children across the school.

Our phonics scheme: Read Write Inc. (for more information see the English and Phonics page)
