Science

At Whitchurch Primary School, we aim to inspire every child to become a curious, confident and enthusiastic scientist. Through exciting practical investigations, scientific enquiry and engaging discussions, children develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to understand the world around them. Our curriculum follows the National Curriculum and provides clear progression from Nursery to Year 6. Every unit begins with a practical exploration and ends with an opportunity for children to reflect on and apply their learning. We want every child to leave Whitchurch fascinated by science and ready for the next stage of their education.
